Detective Division

Our detective division consists of five detectives—a detective sergeant who supervises and oversees the day to day operations of the division, and four detectives. Although the detectives work on a wide range of criminal cases, two are assigned to handle cases such as burglaries, thefts, robberies and frauds. Our other two detectives are assigned the task of handling mostly juvenile-related crimes and school-related events. All the detectives are crossed trained to handle a variety of criminal activity unless a more specialized area is needed.

Our detectives have access to a crime lab that is set up at police headquarters. This lab can handle minor crime analysis from a scene.
